Shipping

Contact us if you would like to request a shipping address change within 24 HOURS of purchase. We will make every effort to update your shipping address before the package ships. Bamberry Baby is not responsible for missing packages due to an invalid or old address provided by the customer or a request for a change too late in the shipping process.

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. 

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
